花旗參未經炮製，和印象中的東北參、高麗參甚至西洋參都不同，花旗參中性偏涼。因此較適合一般大眾。

▌你知道嗎?只有美國來的參才能叫『花旗參』
花旗參叫做西洋參，但西洋參不能叫做花旗參。「花旗」為美國星條旗的舊稱，所以一定要美國來的才稱為 >> 花旗參。
另稱「粉光參」，五大湖區的土壤礦物質較多，質地堅硬且脆，摩或切片時容易變成粉末狀。

▌為什麼要選花旗參的3大原因?
1.中性偏涼。較適合一般大眾。
2.超廣泛的適用範圍(請自行google，編編不能說...)
3.產地位於五大湖區，只能種植於處女地，因此土壤礦物質多，品質較好且會回甘
